Finally, it's beginning to feel as if we're really past the worst "rubble-dirt-and-chaos" state!
Here's a reminder of what we started with and what's been going on over the last couple of months (mainly... tearing down walls, erecting new ones, stripping off wallpapers, ripping out floor boards, installing the insulation, electric wiring and sanitary piping, plastering the walls...) :
Ready to take a virtual tour of where we stand today? (see after the jump)
(the new staircase hasn't been fitted in yet, hence the hallway
has no entrance door so far).
The guest bathroom ahead.
To the right is the dining room/living room,
to the left the open kitchen.

Well, that's how far we've come. Next will be installing the floor screed and then adding the
fine plaster to the walls. Hopefully, by end of April we can start with the
"fun part" (adding the "nice" things, like the oak floor and the stone tiles.)
