What we had for lunch today...
- 3 - 4 cloves of garlic, sliced, or more to taste
- 150 g prawns
- 1/3 cup good olive oil
- 1 pound spaghetti
- lemon pepper, sea salt
Add the prawns and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes.
When the spaghetti are done, drain them well, transfer them to a bowl, and stir the sauce into them. Add freshly ground lemon pepper and a pinch of sea salt.
