Celery in a dessert?!?!

OMG... I sooooooooooooooo need to try out that one!

 Celery sorbet with a little dressed celery salad, goat-cheese-mousse balls coated with olive-oil-sautéed bread crumbs; macerated figs with balsamic vinegar.

Excuse me... but this sounds too incredible for words. Must try!
