Loup de Mer (Seabass) with Crema di Balsamico

What we had for dinner today...

Why not turn an ordinary Monday into something "special" with a nice dinner, I thought after a quick look through my fridge tonight. I still had four Loup de Mer fillets (seabass) in the freezer and some arugula left from yesterday's lunch. Together with a dash of "Lemon Crema di Balsamico" it was indeed delicous.

And the best is, it took only 15 minutes to cook :)

(Psst... Hubby very much approved of this impromptu dinner surprise :)
